Picnic Fabulous: Translated.

Ok, so the Picnic Fabulous attire suggestion is perplexing people. We have a tendency to do that sometimes.

Here's the deal: Some people will be wearing shorts and flip flops.

I'll be rocking a gingham shirt and bow tie.

Fall on either side of that spectrum and you're golden. Which means don't dress up too much and you can't really dress up too little.

After all, it's Cape Cod. In a backyard. With lawn games, grilled cheese and lots of wine and beer. Take a load off. Ladies, if you're looking for a good time to wear that chilled out sundress (with or without pockets), now is the time.

But seriously, you're not going to offend us with whatever you wear, just be comfortable and think to yourself, "I look nice".

Then come dance.

Flip flops are encouraged. As are gingham, bow ties, whispery summer dresses and flowers in your hair. Just make sure you can lay on a picnic blanket in it, stuff your face in it and of course, dance your face off in it. We can't wait to see you guys!!*
